St. Louis – Anders Technology, the advisory service line of Anders CPAs + Advisors (Anders), welcomes Dave Blatt as a Technology Consulting Principal. Dave will lead Anders Technology’s AI and Automation services, empowering clients to achieve operational efficiencies and explore the innovative capabilities of AI. Anders is investing in these powerful solutions to help mid-tier businesses increase productivity, efficiency, scalability and cost-effectiveness.
The expansion of Anders Technology’s AI solutions builds on its existing capabilities in AI, Automation and Analytics. New solutions will include helping businesses develop AI strategies, identifying high-impact use cases to leverage AI and deploying accelerators to maximize the speed to value for AI investments. Anders will also assist clients with AI tool evaluations and implementations. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Anders will leverage its deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-powered solutions.

Dave is a distinguished business and technology executive with over 30 years of expertise in professional services consulting. He specializes in digital transformation, automation, technology innovation and cost management. Prior to joining Anders, Dave spent over 11 years at World Wide Technology (WWT), a global technology solution provider, where he was part of a leadership team for a 600+ person digital consulting and agile software development division, driving innovative customer and employee experience solutions. Earlier in his career, Dave spent 12 years at Maritz, an international sales, loyalty and research services company, where he held key positions, including Vice President of IT Performance Management and Divisional Vice President of Application Development and Technology.
Dave’s career began in Big 4 consulting, where he gained extensive experience managing complex projects and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer experiences. His expertise and leadership roles uniquely position him to lead and transform our AI solutions, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Dave holds an MBA and various certifications, including AI Foundations, ITSM Foundations, Six Sigma Green Belt and former ISO9001:2000 Auditor. He brings a blend of business acumen, financial insight and process optimization expertise to drive operational excellence and ensure strategic alignment.
