• Deborah Bowan, Principal and COO/CFO at Brown Plus (USA), was named to Central Penn Business Journal's Power 100 List in 2025. The list profiles the top 100 leaders and change-makers that influence the quality of life in the Central Pennsylvania region. Bowan has over 39 years of experience in the accounting profession and supervises the firm's administrative, internal accounting, marketing, human resources, and information technology teams.
• PKF Texas (USA) added director Alisha Garrett to its tax team. Garrett has over 15 years of experience assisting private equity-owned portfolio companies and oil and gas businesses. She will serve energy clients across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. 
• Brown Plus (USA) hired Seth Nolt as its first Information Technology Director. Nolt has more than 27 years of experience and specializes in software and technology change management, data analytics, data center infrastructure and disaster recovery management, and more.
• PKF Texas (USA) promoted Kimberly Henry to Audit Director. Henry joined PKF Texas 12 years ago and works with clients in energy and oilfield services, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services.
• Brown Plus (USA) hired Patrick Rogers as Tax Principal and Research & Development Director. In this role, Rogers will lead Brown Plus’ R&D Tax Credit Practice, in alignment with the firm’s increased focus on expanding its advisory services to meet continuously evolving client needs.
• Draffin Tucker (USA) admitted Jake Kitchens and Ben Glass as partners. Kitchens and Glass have been with the firm for over 10 years and have been instrumental in securing new clients and advancing opportunities within its healthcare practice.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Brown Plus has been featured on this list. In addition, Brown Plus was named #2 Best Firm for Young Accountants in 2024 and the #3 Best Accounting Firm to Work For in the mid-sized category in 2024.
• AM Best ranked Brown Plus (USA) as one of the largest audit firms serving property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies in the United States via its list of the Top Audit and Actuarial Firms – 2024 Edition. According to AM Best, Brown Plus is the 9^th largest audit firm based on the number of P&C insurance clients served and 23^rd largest based on the loss reserves of P&C insurance clients served.
• Anders CPAs + Advisors (USA) selected the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Gateway Chapter as its 2025 Charity of Choice. Throughout 2025, Anders staff will support this organization through volunteer and fundraising activities.
• KLR (USA) merged with Sullivan Bille, PC, strengthening KLR's footprint in New England and extending services into Northern Boston, Southern Maine, and New Hampshire. With this expansion, KLR will operate three offices in the Greater Boston area and increase the firm's total number of team members to 325.
