KPM CPAS & ADVISORS ANNOUNCES FREDDIE YOUNG AS CHAIR OF MISSOURI SOCIETY OF CPAS SOUTHWEST CHAPTER

Springfield, MO – KPM CPAs & Advisors (KPM) is pleased to announce that Freddie Young, CPA, a supervisor in the firm’s audit department, is now the Southwest Chapter Chair for leading industry organization, the Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA). Effective July 1, Freddie began serving his one-year term. The MOCPA Southwest Chapter encompasses 25 counties with approximately 1,000 members.

Freddie has more than six years of accounting experience and provides audit services to clients in the financial institutions industry. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, MOCPA, and Missouri Bankers Association’s Young Bankers Leadership Division. Freddie is a Leadership Springfield Class 39 graduate and also is active in the community, currently serving as chair for the MOCPA Southwest Chapter and participating as a member of the City of Nixa’s Strategic Plan Advisory Committee and the Nixa Community Foundation Advisory Board. He graduated from Missouri State University with his B.S. degree in Accounting as well as his MAcc degree.

MOCPA is the premier professional development association dedicated to CPAs in Missouri with more than 9,000 members in public practice, industry, government, and education.
