Michelle Endres, Corporate Talent Executive, Tapped as Chief People Officer to Oversee New Era of Expansion

To achieve this goal, the company has named Michelle Endres in the newly created position of Chief People Officer.

Endres, who has more than 20 years of human resources expertise in the corporate offices of Kraft Foods, Mars, Alliance Healthcare and Qualifacts, is being tasked with steering all human resources functions. As the Chief People Officer, she will be a key member of the executive leadership team, helping drive alignment of organizational strategy and the corresponding talent agenda. Her role will include talent acquisition strategies, team member engagement and retention, performance management, rewards and recognition, learning and leadership development, diversity, benefits, change management and team member communications.
