Nashville, Tenn. LBMC is pleased to announce the following promotions in the Internal Information Services (Internal IS) division.

 

Alex Bottiggi has been named Senior Service Desk Specialist in LBMC’s Internal Information Services (Internal IS) division. He joined LBMC in 2014 and is responsible for resolving service desk tickets, supporting LBMC employees, and aiding in various Internal IS projects. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee.

 

Jason Boyd has been named Senior Manager of IT Operations in LBMC’s Internal Information Services (Internal IS) division. He manages a team of engineers who support and maintain the firm’s IS Infrastructure and is responsible for vendor and cloud services management. He joined LBMC in 1999 and holds his Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.

 

Carlton Dowell has been named Lead Service Desk Specialist in LBMC’s Internal Information Services (Internal IS) division. He joined LBMC in 2014 and is responsible for handling the most complex service desk tickets and serving as an escalation point for all Service Desk Specialists. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Technological University.

 

Marc Higgins has been named Senior Systems Engineer in LBMC’s Internal Information Services (Internal IS) division. He joined LBMC in 2014 and supports and maintains key IT Infrastructure systems and aids in the resolution of complex escalated technical issues. He holds his Associate of Applied Science, Computer Networking Systems and Bachelor of Applied Science, Data Communication Systems Technology from ITT Technical Institute.

 

Darryle Lee has been named Service Desk Manager in LBMC’s Internal Information Services (Internal IS) division. He joined LBMC in 2016 with over 15 years of IT management experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Kentucky State University. He focuses on the management of the day to day activities of the Service Desk ensuring the best overall experience.

 

David Sornig has been named Senior Manager of Information Security in LBMC’s Internal Information Services (Internal IS) division. He focuses on reviewing and updating the firm’s Information Security Policies, the execution of the Risk Management program, SOC Audit, and vendor security reviews. He joined LBMC in 2006 and holds his Bachelor of Computer Information Systems from Baker College.
