Nashville, Tenn. – LBMC is pleased to announce the following promotions across multiple divisions and offices.


Human Resources Division


Tricia Mathisen has been named Human Resources Manager in LBMC’s Human Resources division. She joined LBMC as a Human Resources Generalist in 2016. She holds her Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University and MBA from Auburn University. She earned her SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management and is Scrum Agile Master Certified.


Marketing Division


Kristen Petrel has been named Segment Marketing Manager in LBMC’s Marketing division. She joined LBMC in 2016 and is a key partner in the strategic development, execution, implementation and growth of the firm’s healthcare and private company segments and works to further the vision of LBMC’s enhanced CRM tool. She is an experienced inbound marketing specialist skilled in direct, email and digital marketing with over 12 years of experience. She holds her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from MTSU and is Scrum Agile Master Certified.


Mindy Vail has been named Digital Marketing Manager in LBMC’s Marketing division. She joined LBMC in 2012 and has more than 18 years of experience. She works to enhance LBMC’s digital presence driving inbound leads and highlighting the vast array of services under the LBMC umbrella. She holds her Bachelor of Science from Murray State University, is Inbound Marketing Certified and Scrum Agile Master Certified, and completed the Belmont University Strategic Inbound Marketing Program.
