San Francisco - BPM LLP announced today, it is expanding its presence to Southern California by combining with Kramer & Olsen Accountancy Corporation.

Kramer & Olsen provides clients with a variety of accounting and consulting services across a broad range of industries. The firm will join BPM’s approximately 470 personnel and 40 partners.

All 14 Kramer & Olsen employees will stay at their current location and will operate under BPM. David Jorgensen will join BPM as Partner and will continue to serve as the Managing Partner of the Orange County office. Founding Partner, Gary Kramer will join BPM as Of Counsel.
