Nashville, Tenn.– LBMC is pleased to announce the following senior manager promotions in the firm’s Nashville (Brentwood) office.
Robyn Barton has been named senior manager for Information Security Services. Barton draws on more than 15 years of experience as an information security professional and auditor to help clients manage their security program within the context of the business’ overall risk environment. She is a leader in SOC and HITRUST engagements and has extensive experience with regulatory compliance, PCI, FISMA, risk assessments, and other privacy and security consulting services. Barton has experience in both the public and private sectors and has worked with clients in the financial services, healthcare and retail industries. She received her bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), and HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP).
Lisa Berg has been named senior manager in the Audit department. She joined LBMC in 2017 after serving as audit supervisor with Crosslin & Associates. She holds her bachelor’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee. Berg has more than 12 years of public accounting experience and is well-versed in the complex financial accounting and reporting requirements for mid-size and large private companies and healthcare companies. At LBMC, Berg is responsible for managing and conducting audits in the healthcare and non-for-profit segments, researching and implementing new accounting pronouncements as well as supervising a team of staff and senior auditors.
Port Campany has been named senior manager in the Consulting department. He joined LBMC in 2015 and serves clients exclusively in the healthcare industry. Campany previously worked as a senior financial analyst for SpecialtyCare and began his public accounting career at Ernst and Young. He holds his bachelor’s and master’s degrees the University of Mississippi.
Buck Freeman has been named senior manager in the Audit department. Freeman joined LBMC in 2010 as a staff accountant after working in software for four years. With eight years of public accounting experience, Freeman specializes in healthcare audits and benefit plan audits. His client base includes large hospital systems, pathological companies, private equity backed healthcare companies, among other healthcare companies. Freeman is leading the new lease accounting standard implementation and research for the audit department. He holds his bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University and his MBA from Tennessee Tech University..
Drew McCullough has been named senior manager in the Audit department. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and has more than nine years of experience in public accounting auditing manufacturing, distribution, not-for-profit, and employee benefit plan clients. Drew joined LBMC in 2012 as a staff auditor after working for a public firm in Little Rock, AR. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harding University.
