Nashville, Tenn.  -  LBMC, one of the Southeast’s largest accounting and business consulting firms, proudly announces LBMC’s, Andrew C. Eckstein has been named Shareholder helping lead the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice.


Andrew has more than 13 years of professional experience in audit and M&A transaction services. Over the past 10 years, Andrew has led buy- and sell-side diligence engagements across a broad range of industries and deal sizes. Averaging between 30-40 deals a year for those 10 years, Andrew’s industry experience is more than one or two deals, but rather a portfolio of transactions in each industry.


A recipient of the 2017 M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award, Andrew was recently recognized for his significant level of success and notable contribution to his industry and community.


Prior to joining LBMC, Andrew was a Director in Duff & Phelps, LLC’s Transaction Advisory Services group in Chicago and began his career with three years at PwC.


Andrew works closely in some of LBMC’s largest focus areas - healthcare, manufacturing and private equity - and has been instrumental in the recruiting, hiring and training of the growing team, which has tripled in the last three years.

Within healthcare, Andrew’s recent transactions include leading deal teams in behavioral health, dermatology, eye care, home health, home infusion, acute & urgent care facilities, medical supplies, nurse staffing, transcription services, and physical & speech therapy.


Outside of healthcare, Andrew has participated in financial due diligence engagements within precision manufacturing, packaging, rubber, plastics, industrial services, internet and software technology entities, printing/publishing, business services, food & beverage, and specialty finance industries.


He specializes in quality of revenue analyses, proof of cash assistance, cash to accrual conversion, excess & obsolete inventory analysis, and working capital projections / negotiations.


Andrew lives in Nashville and spends his personal time with his wife and two young children – with the occasional trip to the golf course or to watch the Predators when the stars align.
