Welcome to the LEA Young Professionals collaboration group!

Our Mission: The LEA YP group connects emerging leaders across member firms to develop leadership skills, expand networks, and share best practices.

We aim to offer our young professionals (YP's) an opportunity to network, collaborate and discuss topics and resources relevant to their career paths. The primary audience is professionals with at least 4 years of experience who are not yet partners. We are the future of our firms, and we work together and aim to build success in the future of the industry! The group meets quarterly for about 1 hour to discuss various professional development topics and networking.

In addition, Working Group sessions will be held. During these sessions, YP's are grouped together to discuss challenges that firms face and then present solutions virtually or in person during LEA conferences.
