Emerging Leaders is a training and coaching program for managers who hope to pursue senior leadership roles and advance their careers, knowledge, and leadership skills.
The program features three, 1.5-day sessions over 12 months plus orientation and two virtual peer group sessions.
Who should join Emerging Leaders? Managers with five or more years of experience who intend to become senior leaders at their firms.
Who should complete registration? COOs, human resource professionals, or other senior leaders should register their firm participant(s). Instructions are below. LEA Global will follow up with program participants to collect additional information.

To register one or several participants for Emerging Leaders, follow these steps:
All registered delegates will receive a registration confirmation email. LEA Global will coordinate with participants to collect additional registration and mentor information.
Program cost: $7,500 per participant
Once registration closes, we will issue a single invoice to each member firm for their total number of delegates.
Member firms are obligated to pay the full program fee, regardless of participation. Participating members are also responsible for any hotel and travel costs.
Program Learning Objectives
Create opportunities for participants to build supportive relationships with managers from other firms.
Provide experiences where participants learn from each other, apply learning to real challenges they face, and practice their new skills.
Involves between-session learning, in the form of participant commitments, experimentation with new leadership practices, engagement with mentors and other key stakeholders in the firm, and select reading assignments.
